Terms of Service & EULA

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, installing, compiling, or executing software authored by SHAMBHAVI AI LABS (including but not limited to Sovereign File Finder, Sovereign RAG Vault, Web Speed Accelerator, CLI binaries, and MCP servers), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA).

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. Software Licensing & Machine Binding

Shambhavi AI Labs grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute the software on authorized physical hardware:

• Cryptographic DRM Leases: Commercial software is bound to your physical machine UUID and validated via rotating 24-hour Ed25519 root-signed cryptographic leases.
• Offline Grace Period: You are entitled to up to 24 consecutive hours of 100% air-gapped execution before an online verification ping is required to extend your lease.
• Seat Allocation: Each standard license allows installation on one (1) physical machine unless enterprise multi-seat licenses are purchased.

3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses

All mathematical algorithms, DSP sound filtering pipelines, proprietary neural inference cores, sovereign software engines, and documentation are proprietary trade secrets of SHAMBHAVI AI LABS.

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of distributed binaries.
• Tamper with, modify, or forge DRM Ed25519 lease tokens or manipulate system monotonic clocks to circumvent license expiration.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease Shambhavi proprietary engines without an authorized Enterprise Reseller Agreement.

5. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding shall fall under the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
