Refund & Cancellation Policy

Upon successful payment verification via our authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, or Cashfree), your cryptographic license key and binary download credentials are dispatched immediately to your registered email address (instant 0-minute delivery).

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our proprietary sovereign AI architecture. If you experience an unresolved technical hardware incompatibility or if our software fails to perform the advertised functions on your system, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund:

1. Refund request must be initiated within 14 days of original license issuance.

2. Customer has contacted technical support to verify system logs or hardware diagnostics.

3. Upon refund approval, the bound machine license lease is permanently zeroized and revoked.
